Lindskov-Thiel Ranch is located on the high plains of western South Dakota about 60 miles west of the Missouri River at Isabel. Owned by Les & Marcia Lindskov and Brent & Nancy Thiel, this purebred cattle ranch is the home to 275 Charolais and 200 Angus females. The herd runs on native, shortgrass country where the annual rainfall is 12 inches per year and 20 to 25 acres are needed to run a cow.

At Lindskov-Thiel our goals are simple - to supply beef genetics that are functional in the traits that make your cattle operation more profitable and your job of raising cattle easier. To accomplish these goals, we concentrate on calving-ease; big testicles in our bulls and regular calving intervals in our females; quiet, docile dispositions; feet and legs to cover big country; and moderate size to meet industry standards.
